، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا أَكَلَ أَحَدُكُمْ ، فَلْيَلْعَقْ أَصَابِعَهُ الثَّلَاثَ " .
