فِي ابْنِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ تَرَكَ أُمَّهُ وَعَصَبَةَ أُمِّهِ ، قَالَ : " الثُّلُثُ لِأُمِّهِ ، وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِعَصَبَةِ أُمِّهِ " .
