حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ مَوْلًى ، قَالَ : " الْوَلَاءُ لِبَنِيهَا ، فَإِذَا مَاتُوا ، رَجَعَ إِلَى عَصَبَتِهَا " .
