، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " إِذَا أَوْصَى الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ وَهُوَ غَائِبٌ ، فَلْيَقْبَلْ وَصِيَّتَهُ ، وَإِنْ كَانَ حَاضِرًا ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ : إِنْ شَاءَ ، قَبِلَ ، وَإِنْ شَاء ، َتَرَكَ " .
