، قَالَ : " خَطَبَ النَّاسَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ وَهُوَ خَلِيفَةٌ وَعَلَيْهِ إِزَارٌ فِيهِ ثِنْتَا عَشْرَةَ رُقْعَةً " .
