سَمِعْتُ الْحَنْبَلِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ زُهَيْرٍ ، يَقُولُ : " سُئِلَ يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ رُومَانَ ؟ فَقَالَ : ضَعِيفٌ " .
