كَانَ " يُسَبِّحُ قَبْلَ صَلاةِ الظُّهْرِ حَتَّى يَفِيءَ الْفَيْءُ أَرْبَعَ رَكَعَاتٍ يُطِيلُهُنَّ ، حَتَّى أَقُولَ قَدْ قَرَأَ فِي بَعْضِهِنَّ بِسُورَةِ الْبَقَرَةِ " .
