: " إِذَا أَصْبَحْتَ فَلا تُحَدِّثْ نَفْسَكَ بِالْمَسَاءِ ، وَإِذَا أَمْسَيْتَ فَلا تُحَدِّثْ نَفْسَكَ بِالصَّبَاحِ ، وَخُذْ مِنْ صِحَّتِكَ قَبْلَ سَقَمِكَ ، وَمِنْ حَيَاتِكَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِكَ , فَإِنَّكَ لا تَدْرِي يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ مَا اسْمُكَ غَدًا " .
