قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : وَأَنْشَدَنِي أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ : " كُلُّ الأُمُورِ تَزُولُ عَنْكَ وَتَنْقَضِي إِلا الثَّنَاءَ فَإِنَّهُ لَكَ باق لَوْ أَنَّنِي خُيِّرْتُ كُلَّ فَضِيلَةٍ مَا اخْتَرْتُ غَيْرَ مَحَاسِنِ الأَخْلاقِ " .
