، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " فَرَضَ زَكَاةَ الْفِطْرِ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ عَلَى النَّاسِ صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ , أَوْ صَاعًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ ، عَلَى كُلِّ حُرٍّ وَعَبْدٍ ، ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " . .
