، قَالَ : أُتِيَ عُمَرُ بِنِكَاحٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْ عَلَيْهِ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ ، فَقَالَ : هَذَا نِكَاحُ السِّرِّ وَلَا أُجِيزُهُ ، وَلَوْ كُنْتُ تَقَدَّمْتُ فِيهِ لَرَجَمْتُ . .
