، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَا مِنْ سَاعَةٍ مِنْ لَيْلٍ وَلَا نَهَارٍ إِلَّا وَالسَّمَاءُ تُمْطِرُ فِيهَا يَصْرِفُهُ اللَّهُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ " . .
