أُتِيَ بِنِكَاحٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْ عَلَيْهِ إلَّا رَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَةٌ , فَقَالَ : هَذَا نِكَاحُ السِّرِّ وَلَا أُجِيزُهُ , وَلَوْ كُنْتُ تَقَدَّمْتُ فِيهِ لَرَجَمْتُ . .
