، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا لَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ " .
