, أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , قَالَ : " خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ : الْغُرَابُ , وَالْحَدَأَةُ , وَالْعَقْرَبُ , وَالْفَأْرَةُ , وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ " . .
