، قَالَ : إِذَا طَعَنَتِ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ ، وَبَرِئَ مِنْهَا ، وَلَا تَرِثُهُ وَلَا يَرِثُهَا . .
