, أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ أَخَاهُ خَطَأً فَلَمْ يُوَرِّثْهُ , وَقَالَ : لَا يَرِثُ قَاتِلٌ شَيْئًا . .

عَبَّادُ بْنُ الْعَوَّامِ , قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَأةَ , عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ , عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ
