إِلَى ظَهْرِ الْكُوفَةِ فَرَأَى حُمَّرَةً تَطِيرُ ، فَقَالَ : " يَا لَكِ مِنْ حُمَّرَةٍ بِمَعْمَرٍ خَلا لَكِ الْجَوُّ فَبِيضِي وَاصْفِرِي " وَزَادَ فِيهِ غَيْرُ عَلِيٍّ : وَنَقِّرِي مَا شِئْتِ أَنْ تَنْقُرِي .
