، قَالَ : " يُجْلَدُ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصِنْ ، ثُمَّ يُنْفَى وَيُجْلَدُ الَّذِي قَدْ أُحْصِنَ ثُمَّ يُرْجَمُ " .
