، أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي قَوْلِهِ : " وَلا تَنْكِحُوا الْمُشْرِكَاتِ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَّ سورة البقرة آية 221 ، الآيَةَ ، فَنَسَخَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ نِسَاءَ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فأَحَلَّهُنَّ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَحَرَّمَ الْمُسْلِمَاتِ عَلَى رِجَالِهِمْ " .
