أَخْبَرَنِي حَرْبُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لإِسْحَاقَ : " أَتَرَى بِلَعِبِ الشِّطْرَنْجِ بَأْسًا ؟ قَالَ : الْبَأْسَ كُلَّهُ ، قِيلَ : فَإِنَّ أَهْلَ الثُّغُورِ يَلْعَبُونَ لِلْحَرْبِ ؟ قَالَ : هُوَ فُجُورٌ " .
