، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لا يَرِثُ الْكَافِرُ الْمُسْلِمَ ، وَلا الْمُسْلِمُ الْكَافِرَ " .
