، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ : " مَنْ كَانَ يُفْتِي عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ فَقَالَ : أَبُو بَكْرٌ وَعُمَرُ ، وَمَا أَعْلَمُ غَيْرَهُمَا " .
