وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ : وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ : " أَنَّ عَبْدًا مِنْ رَقِيقِ الْخُمْسِ سَرَقَ الْخُمْسَ ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَلَمْ يَقْطَعْهُ ، فَقَالَ : مَالُ اللَّهِ سُرِقَ بَعْضُهُ مِنْ بَعْضٍ " .
