قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " قَدِمْتُ مِصْرَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ سَنَةَ ثَمَانٍ تِسْعِينَ وَمِائَةٍ ، فَكَتَبْتُ كُتُبَ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ " .
