قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ الْعَيَّارِ ، قَالَ : وَمَاتَ قَدِيمًا . قُلْتُ : سَمِعْتَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا ؟ قَالَ : لَا " .
