، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنْ شَرِبَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ " ، فَإِنْ قَالَ قَائِلٌ : فَهَلْ فِي هَذَا حُجَّةٌ غَيْرُ مَا وَصَفْتَ ؟ قِيلَ : نَعَمْ .
