" يَا أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ , فَرَضْتَ لِلْعَرَبِ فِي الْعَطَاءِ فَأَهْلَكْتَهُمْ , يَتَّكِلُونَ عَلَى الْعَطَاءِ , وَيَدَعُونَ التِّجَارَةَ , وَيُلْهِيهِمْ ، قَالَ : مَنْ يَحْرِمُهُمُ الْعَطَاءَ ؟ ! " .
