حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقُرَشِيِّ , قَالَ : قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ " إِذَا اشْتَرَى أَحَدُكُمْ شَيْئًا فَلْيَسْتَجِدْ ، فَإِنَّهُ إِنَّمَا يُعَيِّنُ عَقْلُهُ لا دِرْهَمُهُ " .
