، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " قَطَعَ يَدَ رَجُلٍ فِي مِجَنٍّ قِيمَتُهُ دِينَارٌ أَوْ عَشَرَةُ دَرَاهِمَ " ، وَحَكَى الْخَطَّابِيُّ هَذَا الْمَذْهَبَ الأَخِيرَ .
