، " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ " . قَالَ سُفْيَانُ : كَذَا حَفِظْنَاهُ الثَّمَرُ بِالتَّمْرِ , وَأَخْبَرَهُمْ زَيْدٌ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " رَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا " .
