" وَمَنْ بَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً ، فَالْمُشْتَرِي بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ ، إِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ " .
