" أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُعْطِي الْمَرْأَةَ وَالْمَمْلُوكَ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ ، دُونَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْجَيْشُ " .
