، أَنَّهُ كَانَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَوْصَى لِغَيْرِ ذِي قَرَابَتِهِ ، فَلِلَّذِينَ أَوْصَى لَهُمُ ثُلُثُ الثُّلُثِ ، وَلِقَرَابَتِهِ ثُلُثَا الثُّلُثِ " .
