, قَالَ : " أَمَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِالْعَفْوِ ، وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ ، فَإِنْ عَفَتْ جَازَ عَفْوُهَا ، وَإِنْ شَحَّتْ ، وَعَفَا وَلِيُّهَا ، جَازَ عَفْوُهُ " .
