عن أسامة بن زيد- رضي الله عنه- مرفوعاً: «قلت ُيا رسول الله، أتنزل غدا في دارك بمكة؟ قال: وهل ترك لنا عقيل من رِبَاعٍ؟ ثم قال: لا يَرِثُ الكافر المسلم، ولا المسلم الكافر
