، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَنْهَى عَنْ النَّوْمِ قَبْلَهَا وَالْحَدِيثِ بَعْدَهَا " .
