قَالَ مُفَضَّلُ بْنُ مُهَلْهَلٍ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ , عَنْ حَمَّادٍ , عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ , قَالَ : " يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ مِنَ الْخَمْرِ إِذَا تَجِرُوا فِيهَا , وَيُضَاعَفُ عَلَيْهِمْ " .
