أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ ، فِي رَجُلٍ ارْتَهَنَ ثَوْبًا ، وَأَخَذَ مِنْهُ الدَّرَاهِمَ ، ثُمّ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِ الثَّوْبِ : أَعِرْنِي أَلْبَسُهُ ، فَهَلَكَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا رَدَّهُ فَذَهَبَ الرَّهْنُ ، هُوَ مِنْ مَالِ الرَّاهِنِ " .
