أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ , قَالَ : " بَيْعُ الأُمِّ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ هُوَ فِي الْقَضَاءِ جَائِزٌ ، وَيُكْرَهُ لَهُ وَالأَخُ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ يَسْتَخْدِمُهُ أَخُوهُ , وَيَسْتَغِلُّهُ " .
