عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ , قَالَ : " إِذَا أَعْطَى الرَّجُلُ بَعْضَ وَرَثَتِهِ شَيْئًا مِنْ مَالِهِ حَيَاتَهُ , أَوْ أَسْكَنَهُ إِيَّاهُ حَيَاتَهُ ، فَإِنُّهُ يَرْجِعُ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ " .
