عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ , فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى أَنْ يُعْتَقَ مُكَاتِبٌ لَهُ , وَأَوْصَى بِوَصَايَا , قَالَ : " إِنْ كَانَ مَا عَلَى الْمُكَاتِبِ خَيْرًا لَهُ ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ بِهِ ، وَإِنْ كَانَتِ الْقِيمَةُ أَنْقَصُ ضَرَبْنَا لَهُ بِالْقِيمَةِ " .
