عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَابْنِهِ ، أَعْتَقَ الأَبَ قَوْمٌ , وَالابْنَ قَوْمٌ آخَرُونَ , قَالَ : " يَتَوَارَثَانِ بِالأَرْحَامِ , وَيَكُونُ الْعَقْلُ عَلَى مَنْ أَعْتَقَ " .
