قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِرَجُلٍ : اسْتَوْدَعْتُكَ هَذَا الثَّوْبَ ، قَالَ : صَدَقْتَ ، ثُمّ قَالَ بَعْدُ : إِنَّمَا اسْتَوْدَعَنِيهُ رَجُلٌ آخَرُ ، قَالَ : " الثَّوْبُ هُوَ لِلأَوَّلِ ، وَيُغَرَّمُ لِلآخَرِ ثَوْبًا " .
