أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، وَالثَّوْرِيُّ ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ : " لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يُبَاعَ الْمُكَاتَبُ لِلْعِتْقِ ، وَكَانَ لا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يُبَاعَ وَلَدُ الْمُكَاتَبَةِ لِلْعِتْقِ ، وَيَسْتَعِينُ بِهِ فِي مُكَاتَبَتِهَا " .
