عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : إِذَا قَالَ : " كُلُّ مَرِيضٍ بَاعَ فِي مَرَضِهِ ثَمَنَ مِائَةٍ بِخَمْسِينَ , فَالْفَضْلُ وَصِيَّةٌ , أَوِ اشْتَرَى ثَمَنَ خَمْسِينَ بِمِائَةٍ , فَالْفَضْلُ وَصِيَّةٌ " .
