أَنَّهُ : " إِذَا أُعْتِقَ نِصْفُهُ فَبِحِسَابِ مَا عَتَقِ وَيُسْتَسْعَى " , قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ : وَكَانَ حَمَّادٌ يَقُولُ ذَلِكَ .
