حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ حَسَّانَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ , فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوصِي بِشَيْءٍ وَاجِبٍ عَلَيْهِ , حَجٍّ , أَوْ ظِهَارٍ , أَوْ يَمِينٍ , أَوْ شِبْهِ هَذَا , قَالَ : " هُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ " . قَالَ : وَقَالَ ابْنُ سِيرِينَ : " هُوَ مِنَ الثُّلُثِ " .
