، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا سَجَدْتَ فَضَعْ كَفَّيْكَ وَارْفَعَ مَنْكِبَيْكَ " .
