أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا صَالِحٌ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ : سُئِلَ سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مَالًا يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ ، فَمَاتَ الْمُعْطِي ؟ قَالَ : " هُوَ مِيرَاثٌ " .
